The Jobs Partnership of Florida (JP) and GOSHRM have developed an innovative Workforce Readiness initiative that is designed to enhance the employability of the entry-level workforce and direct them to career path opportunities that pay a family-sustaining wage.  Through this unique partnership, GOSHRM members can invest their time and talent in developing a sustainable entry-level workforce in Central Florida by serving as classroom instructors, interview coaches or mentors to the chronically underemployed participants in the Work & Life program offered by JP.
