Program Description

Using advanced AI tools to facilitate organizational change. and talent strategy This approach integrates AI-driven analytics and machine learning to understand and predict employee responses to change. It personalizes coaching strategies for teams and individuals, improving adaptability and engagement. By analyzing patterns in behavior and feedback, AI chatbots offer tailored advice, enhancing decision-making and problem-solving. This modern method streamlines change processes, promoting a more agile, responsive, and effective organizational culture.

Learning Objectives

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the primary challenges faced by individuals during organizational change, including resistance, motivation, and adaptation issues.
  2. Learn how AI coaching can be utilized to effectively address and reduce the impact of these people-challenges in the change process, enhancing employee engagement and adaptability.
  3. Impact of gaining real-time, organization-wide insights into human behaviors that significantly impact the success of change initiatives. This objective focuses on leveraging AI to analyze and interpret complex behavioral data.

About the Speaker(s)

 

Robert Newland

Robert is the CEO of talent management firm Newland Associates and Chief Revenue Office at Pandatron.ai, a Finland-based start-up that supports the adoption of digital, agile, cultural transformations of 1000s of employees with conversational AI coaching for clients like Panasonic, Mitsubishi and SAP. His passion is to help organizations reach new heights through change management and strategic talent management. He is at the forefront of the convergence between artificial intelligence and talent, consistently driving exceptional results for his clients. Robert holds a degree in Management from the University of the Sacred Heart, as well as executive studies from Harvard Business School and Pepperdine University. Robert is a columnist in renowned magazines such as FastCompany and Newsweek, and a speaker at multiple events for trade and commercial organizations.
