Motivating your team can be as simple as knowing what behaviors to look for, how individuals listen and how to adapt your leadership style to the situation.

An individual’s behavioral and listening style is key to getting the most from interactions. When you know how to read the signs, you will discover how to manage, motivate, and become aware of their communication ‘do’s and don’ts’. You’ll develop the ability to adapt your style on the spot to influence people.

First, you must know which communication ‘language’ they’re speaking (there are 4 and they’re easily learned)! You’ll know who to delegate to, how to mentor them and what does and doesn’t work, all based on what you observe.

You’ll also gain insight into why certain teams don’t get things done, and what’s missing.

• Recognize the 4 distinct behavioral styles

• Identify the four ‘communication languages’ and how to use them

• Understand why a person’s ‘listening’ style is critical to managing them

• Discover techniques to lead as a ‘coach’

During this session, individuals will engage in problem-solving processes designed to incorporate the information presented in the training.
