Diversity and Your Workforce: What does it look like in 2018 and Beyond
We will explore how companies have teamed up with one local nonprofit organization to increase talent and diversity in their workforce. We will also see how diversity solutions have long term benefits for the bottom line and the community.

Keith Bourkney started employU Inc. in 2012. employU was born at his dining room table out of a desire to help the community and has grown quickly ever since. employU now has a staff of over 50 and serves over 20 counties.  employU’s Mission Statement is “To empower our customers with the knowledge, connections and confidence required to embark on a new sustainable career”   employU is consistently expanding programs and adding staff to meet the demand of those it serves to include customers of Vocational Rehabilitation, The Agency for Persons with Disabilities and the American Dream Employment Network.
